What is collected

Only what the request form asks for: the description of the building and its systems (building type, city and state, number of buildings, water systems present, program status, reason for the request, what you are looking for, timing, any notes you add) and your professional contact details (organization, role if you give one, first and last name, email address, telephone number).

No health information about any individual is requested at any point, and none should be submitted. No file upload is offered, and no document is accepted through this site.

Why it is collected

To call you back about the water system, scope what the building needs and, if you agree on that call, pass the request to one qualified professional who quotes the work. That is the only purpose, and it is the purpose you consent to when you submit the form. Your details are not passed to any third party for marketing, and they are not sold.

No field on the form asks about anybody’s health, and none should be used to describe it. If health information reaches us anyway it is deleted rather than stored.

Who receives it

Digitori LLC, which publishes this site. If you agree on the call back, the one independent environmental or laboratory service provider who quotes your job, and no other. Also the technical providers used to operate this site and route the submission.

Your details are not sold, and they are not used to build an advertising audience.

How long it is kept

Twelve months from submission, after which the record is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to certain uses of it. Requests go to thibaut@digitori.fr and are answered within the period the applicable law requires.

Contact by phone and text message

The consent you give covers being contacted about the project you submitted. No marketing text messages are sent, nothing is pre-checked on the form, and there is no automated follow-up sequence.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party marketing scripts by default.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are handled through a controlled route. No system is beyond compromise, and no statement here should be read as a guarantee against it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with the date of the change. See also the legal notice and the terms of use.
